Val Fieber joined Catalyst Consulting Group as an Administrative Assistant in 2026. Her goal is simple: to provide the best possible customer care for our clients and dependable administrative support to our team. Val earned her bachelor’s degree in communications, from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Before joining Catalyst, she both worked and volunteered for a non-profit, an experience that deepened her commitment to serving others.

Outside the office, Val treasures time with her husband, their three kids, and two small dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and bird watching.
