Kim Nelson has been a dedicated Human Resources Consultant at Catalyst since 2018 and has over 25 years of experience in the human resources field. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Before joining Catalyst/Dental Practice Advisors, Kim served as the HR Director for a prominent network of dental laboratories across the U.S. for nearly two decades. As a seasoned HR professional, Kim is committed to providing personalized solutions that cater to the unique needs of her clients. She holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and is an active member of both the Green Bay SHRM and National SHRM. Outside of work, Kim enjoys traveling, entertaining, antiquing, playing cribbage, attending concerts, and researching family genealogy. She lives with her husband, Matt, and has two daughters, Ashlee and Alexis.
