Erika joined Catalyst in 2017 and is the firm’s Director of Financial Compliance. She has over nineteen years of experience in public accounting including auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lakeland College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA and WICPA. Outside of work, Erika and her husband raise and train versatile hunting dogs.
