Lea joined Catalyst in 2025 as an Accountant, bringing with her a diverse background in public accounting that spans payroll management, tax preparation, and auditing. She is currently working towards earning her CPA license. Lea holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lake Superior State University. Outside of work, Lea enjoys spending time outdoors – whether it’s fishing, hiking, boating, traveling, or flying airplanes. She is a proud mother of two adult sons, Daxton and Damon, and has an orange cat named Cheeseball.
