Fee & Wage Survey
It is annual fee and wage survey time again! 2023 marks the 22nd year that we have provided our annual survey of fees, wages and benefits as a public service to the dental community in Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
Dentists are facing many challenges including rising costs, changing technology and increased competition for employees. Now more than ever, it is important to maintain appropriate fees, wages, and benefits. Our annual survey results provide a useful benchmark as you make important decisions about these key revenue and expense drivers.
Our goal is to survey the most frequently used codes in a general dentist’s practice. For 2023, we updated some procedure codes. When completing the survey, please watch the codes carefully as we do not survey every possible code.
Thank you to the hundreds of practices that participated in the survey over the past 22 years. We welcome new participants and look forward to including your practice data in our results this year!
Please note that you may receive a paper copy of the survey via US Mail. Please only complete the survey using 1 format of your choice.
Fill out the fee and wage/benefit pages by reporting data as of May 1, 2023. The forms are designed so that the fee page can be completed by one staff member and the confidential wage and benefit page can be prepared by a different authorized person.
Tip: When using the fillable form, use the tab key to quickly move through the fields.
Email, fax, or mail responses to us by July 31st. (Note: at a minimum, the staff hourly wage section must be completed to receive wage survey results.)
Receive your complimentary results by email in November 2023. We will issue your reports to the email address(es) you provide on the enclosed survey pages.
The DPA Team is committed to helping you achieve the success you desire in your practice by providing the highest level of practice support. Please call our office with any questions.
